Yeah, so I watched the entire first disc of Weeds last night and holy moly with cheese on top it was awesome. The theme song rocks, the show rocks, I love the cast, oh man. It's like Desperate Housewives on steroids. Seriously. A must-see if you are into making fun of suburbia, as I am. I hate suburbia. It's taking over the country, MY country, to be exact. Just glance up the hill behind my house. FIVE more houses then there were before I left for college. Luckily, I'm pretty sure most of them are content with wildlife because I haven't heard any shotguns lately. But I know that the guy who thinned out a fourth of the forest to build his gigantic house and tennis court is super rich (if you couldn't tell already) and probably fits the stereotype I despise so much. UGH!!! Get out!
Okay. Enough of that. Plans have changed. We aren't going to the beach today. SADDDNESSSS! But it's for a good reason, I suppose. The weather is usually crappy over there unless it's October (weird, I know) and they're working on the roads and there's gonna be a lot of traffic and we can only be there for so long...so it's not really worth it. So Sarah, KT, and I are going to Salem to ride the carousel and have coffee with Jenn, then heading up to Silver Falls! Oooooh yeah, baby! I don't get there enough. Half of me wants to take them up to see my brother but really I guess most of me doesn't want to because I know I'll get stuck talking to everyone and also, I'm not so sure how much KT or Sarah will appreciate the place. So....I guess it's best to not even mention it.
I am so so so excited to see KT and Sarah! We are going to have the times of our lives!
Well, I should get my stuff together and take a shower. Only two more hours 'til I get to go find KT's house in the countryside! Pray that I don't get lost!
