disaster avoided

WHEW!!! Mom and grandma just left. I'm alive! I lived through the whole hour and a half of going through the upstairs closet and getting rid of about 70% of her clothes, which is a miracle for her! Now I just have to box them all up...well, most of them. Some of them have really awesome prints that I think I will use to make hand bags or something. I would wear the dresses myself, but seeing as my grandma is a size 4 and I'm a size gigantic, that won't really work.

I'm so lucky that I cleaned the house last night because she probably would've thrown a fit (like my dad does almost everytime he walks in here...but I don't care much about his opinion on that subject, I just tell him to get out if that's all he can say to me). But I vacuumed and organized and now it looks pretty good. Not like she had it, but close enough. She didn't say a word, so I guess I did good.

UGH! Since I didn't clean the burner out yesterday, the smoke alarm is going nuts. I should probably go take care of my Ramen. I don't want an Erin incident! Hehehe. :)
