I would live a very happy life if I never heard these words come out of my Stats professor's mouth again. A very, very happy life. Seriously, he tells us stories like five times a day, which means he says that very sentence at least five times a day. There are other things he says repeatedly but I'm afraid if I write them down I may never get them out of my head. Today was my second day of "statihhstics," as I call it. This is going to be one long month. But, at least that means it's OVER in one month! And that means my schooling is completely OVER in one month! Yaaaaaay!
So far statihhstics is not that hard. We're already on chapter three. I've heard it gets harder, but I think if I just pay attention I'll be okay. And, there are tons of free tutors if I get stuck. Yay for universities!
I had lunch with Alison and Corrine today. Oh how I missed them! Ellen came at the end, so I only saw her for about ten minutes. But at least we were all in the same place at the same time for a bit.
Everything else is okay, I love the house I'm at in Scappoose, especially since I learned how to use the air conditioner and the main shower. Last night was weird though, it was like I was being attacked or something (not by a person, by spirits or something). It was so weird. I woke up at 3am in total paranoia and couldn't get back to sleep. Finally, I closed the door to my room and turned on my light, after about half an hour of trying to calm myself down. After that I woke up an hour later, again in paranoia. I have no idea what was going on! Finally I got to sleep somehow and when I woke up it was daylight, about 7am. I wasn't paranoid anymore. I hope tonight isn't like that! There isn't anything scary about the house or anything either. It's new, like maybe 2 years old or something. There was a weird thing that happened yesterday morning though, when I woke up and went in the kitchen some stuff was knocked off the little cupboard thing and one cupboard door was open, and a picture had fallen off the wall. I figured that the picture knocked the stuff off the cupboard, but it had fallen behind the cupboard. Weird. I don't think there were any earthquakes, and nothing else was knocked over.
If anyone can make sense of this, please let me know. I just hope it doesn't happen again and I can sleep peacefully tonight.
Well, that's all for now. I'm pretty tired of Portland so I think I'm going to try to find my way back to Scappoose (and not get stuck going to Clackamas this time!). Love you all!
